Do I need a Broadband Router?
 
A: Yes. You need a wireless access point that is also a broadband router, or that is connected to a broadband router.

What Access Points are supported by the Samsung W6100?
 
A: The Samsung W6100 is supported by range of AP’s Linksys, Cisco, HP, D-Link & NetGear. The W6100 supports Wireless B&G standards.

Can I take my NetSpeak SMT-6100 handset when I travel?
 
A: Yes. Your NetSpeak service travels with you. When someone calls your phone number, your phone simply rings wherever you have your SMT-W1600 connected to a wireless access point – whether you are home or traveling somewhere else in the world.

Can I make three-way calls on the Samsung SMT-W6100?
 
A: No. Three way calling is not a supported feature.
