| Requirements for NetSpeak |

In order for your NetSpeak service to work, you will need the following:

A broadband or high speed Internet connection |
| |

An Ethernet modem that supports Session Internet Protocol (SIP)* |
| |
• |
A standard telephone |
| |
• |
A NetSpeak monthly calling plan |
| |
• |
A NetSpeak multimedia terminal adaptor (MTA)** |
In order for your NetSpeak service to work, you must have a working Internet connection and power supply to your Ethernet modem and NetSpeak multimedia terminal adaptor (MTA).
*The following ADSL modems are known to work with NetSpeak:

**A NetSpeak MTA is provided when you signup for the basic service.
