SoftPhone will not work with the Samsung Wi-Fi Phone. Only accounts that have a MTA with their NetSpeak Service will be able to get the SoftPhone option.The MTA can NOT be dropped from an account to which SoftPhone had been selected as an add-on. |

Customer must have a PC or Laptop with a sound card along with an accessory to perform speaker and microphone functions. |
