Information On Text Messaging and General Communication

Cable & Wireless would like to inform the general public that there is a lot of traffic passing over its mobile network at this point in time. Because of this, it is hard to make and receive calls on your mobile phone. Cable & Wireless would like to ask the public to communicate via TXT messages rather than making a phone call. All TXT messages will be received and can be replied to.
